Ingradients

1 kg flour
1kg Potato
1 liter oil (to fry)
50 gram (each spices) Turmeric, Ginger, Corriender, Onion, Garlic
500 ml water
10 gram Sodium biocarbonate

Method to prepare

  1. First step to kneel the dow with gently adding water
  2. 2nd step boil the potato for 30 minutes until it gets boiled
  3. Peel the skin of potato and mix in a bowl with all onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric and Corriender to make fillings
  4. After that take a kneel doe and start rollong circular and cut in 2 halfs
  5. Fill the filling inside and make it tringle shape pasting with a bit of water on the edge
  6. Aftr making all triange shape, heat the oil and start frying one by one
